Minimum account age, join-rate over a sliding window, and username pattern matching. Each fires its own response, from a quiet log line to a five-minute lockdown or a bulk ban of everyone who joined inside the window. Detection runs in memory and reacts in seconds.

Chat filter
Word blocklists, full regex, invite blocking, allow/deny domain lists, caps limits, mass-mention caps and repeated-character spam. Edited messages get re-scanned too, so editing a message to sneak something past won't work. Roles you trust skip every check.

Capture every role, category, channel and permission overwrite as a JSON snapshot. Restore it into the same server or clone it into another one. Role and channel IDs get remapped automatically, so your permission overwrites survive the move.

Honeypot anti-bot trap
Security
Scam bots that join and spam every channel get caught by a trap channel: post there once and you are banned automatically. Staff and whitelisted roles are exempt, and the channel is loudly marked so no real member writes in it by mistake.

Events
Create voice, text or external events with RSVP buttons and automatic reminders. LavaBot measures who actually attended: voice minutes, a live check-in button, or a message threshold. Repeat attendance unlocks recognition tiers, optional roles and levelling XP, plus a server leaderboard. No-shows are never exposed.

Anti-scam
Servers running LavaBot quietly protect each other: accounts banned by a honeypot trap or by anti-raid, plus staff reports reviewed by a human, form one shared flag list. When a flagged account joins your server, your staff get a notice with aggregate numbers only. Strictly warn-only: the bot never acts on a flag, and no server ever sees another server's moderation activity.

An on-demand yearly recap: total messages, voice hours, reactions, top channels and emoji, busiest day, member flow and events held. The server recap uses anonymous totals only. Personal recaps are strictly opt-in: stats start counting when a member says yes, and opting out deletes them entirely.
